Troubleshooting

Tabs do not appear​

  • Run ng load or nexGui.startUp().
  • Confirm eventStream is installed.
  • Reload the client after installing nexGui.

Game Options tab is empty​

  • Make sure nexGameOptions is visible in your layout.
  • Try ng layout kDesktop to restore the default layout.

System or combat stream not updating​

  • Enable System Stream and Combat Stream in Game Options.
  • Confirm eventStream is running and GMCP events are flowing.

Message replacement not working​

  • Install nexSys.
  • Enable Msg Replace in Game Options.

Infinite display not working​

  • Enable Override Nexus Display in Experimental options.
  • Open the modal with Ctrl+Shift+L or Page Up.
  • Disable and re-enable the toggle if output is blank.

Player colors are missing​

  • Wait for the character database to load (nexGuiCdbLoaded).
  • Ensure network access to the Achaea character API.
